JiliWin3's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JiliWin3 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JiliWin3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your JiliWin3 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
JiliWin3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An inactivity fee of ₱100 per month may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. JiliWin3 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying inactivity fees.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact JiliWin3's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. JiliWin3 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.
JiliWin3 operates within a PAGCOR-regulated framework. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with JiliWin3 may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
JiliWin3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.
